The ninth hearing of the lawsuit filed against 11 rights advocates was held with the allegations of “illegal organisation membership” and “committing crimes on behalf of an illegal organisation.” The rights advocates have been detained during the meeting on July 5, 2017 with the title, “Digital security and protection of human rights advocates” and were later arrested. Istanbul 35th Assize Court allotted extra time for the second time for the Prosecutor to prepare his opinion on the file. The next hearing was scheduled for November 27, 2019 at 09:30.
