Access was blocked to the Instagram accounts of the Socialist Refoundation Party (SYKP) headquarters and its Istanbul provincial organization. Article 8/A of Law No. 5651 was cited as the legal basis for the decision. Instagram implemented the access-blocking decision and made both accounts unavailable in Türkiye.
