The Freedom of Expression Association announced that, based on a November 25 decision by the Istanbul 9th Criminal Court of Peace, access to news stories about Korkmaz Karaca has been blocked on grounds of national security and public order. Following the decision, access to the relevant content has been restricted in Turkey.
