Izmir 4th Criminal Judicature of Peace has ruled that the news and social media posts about Assize Court judge Hacım Çiftçi’s violence against his wife and non-compliance with the judicial verdicts about him, should be deleted. The news in question was previously banned from access with a decree issued by the Izmir 5th Criminal Judicature of Peace.
Ankara 7th Criminal Judicature of Peace issued an access ban against the news on the statements of retired military judge Zeki Üçok on the allegations regarding the assistants of National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
