Istanbul Anatolian 4th Criminal Judicature of Peace issued an access ban against the news on the lawsuit filed against journalist Pelin Ünker due to the news on the “Paradise Papers” following the complaint of former Minister of Finance and Treasury Berat Albayrak, his brother, Serhat Albayrak and Çalık Holding. The same decree further banned access from many other news articles involving the name of Serhat Albayrak.

Access bans were issued against the posts made from the official Twitter account of the Republican People’s Party on resigned Minister of Finance and Treasury Berat Albayrak as well as the dollar reserve of the Central Bank. Further access bans were issued against the tweets of Republican People’s Party Group Deputy Chairmen Özgür Özel and Engin Özkoç, Republican People’s Party Parliament Member Aykut Erdoğdu and Good Party Group Deputy Chairman Lütfü Türkkan on the matter, by Istanbul Anatolian 8th Criminal Judicature of Peace.

Rize Criminal Judicature of Peace issued an access ban against the news on the academic, who faces a charge of sexual assault, at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University being promoted as the department head.

News on an impostor being caught as he was leaving the room of a prosecutor at Izmir Courthouse was censored. An access ban was issued against the content on Freedom of Expression Association’s website, announcing the censorship.
