5 of the 25 people detained in the tender rigging investigation against Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) were arrested. 20 people, including IETT General Director İrfan Demet, were released on judicial control conditions. Former ISFALT General Manager Burak Sıralı and ISFALT executives were also among those arrested. The investigation is based on allegations of irregularities in ISFALT and IETT tenders within the scope of Aziz İhsan Aktaş file.
