Access Providers Union (ESB) removed the four-year access ban against famous visual platform imgur.com. Internet users discovered the removal by accident, whereas Prof. Dr. Yaman Akdeniz indicated that the lawsuit he filed against the access ban is ongoing. “There is no transparency in banning websites to access and later removing those bans… We don’t know why the ban was removed since there is no transparency,” Akdeniz stated and pointed out that such processes have to be conducted transparently.
