Former Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) MP İbrahim Binici, People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Party Assembly member Mesut Bağcık and Ayşe Yağcı, who were detained on October 27 within the “Kobanê investigation,” were arrested with an Ankara 7th Criminal Judicature of Peace decree after testifying at the Prosecutor’s Office. The court claimed, in the arrest warrant, that there is a suspicion for them to escape, that the evidence weren’t fully collected and that judicial control measures are not sufficient.
