The police intervened against the protest organized by the People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul Provincial Organisation against the detainment operation on the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) in Taksim, Tünel. 22 people, including HDP Co-Chairs Elif Bulut and Erdal Avcı, were detained.
