Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office prepared an indictment against journalist Nurcan Yalçın due to “illegal organisation membership” and “making illegal organisation propaganda” within the investigation started against Rosa Women’s Association. The indictment claimed for Yalçın to be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 15 years due to her Rosa Women’s Association membership and based on secret witness statements.
