The indictment prepared due to “violation of the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911” regarding Boğaziçi protests, was accepted by Istanbul 24th Criminal Court of First Instance. Eight students facing the indictment were detained due to supporting their friends, who were detained due to carrying a rainbow flag during the protests at Boğaziçi University. The students will stand trial on June 3rd.
