The lawsuit filed against Democratic Regions Party (DBP) member Siirt Co-Mayor Tuncer Bakırhan, who was replaced with a trustee assigned by the Ministry of the Interior after his arrest, concluded. siirt 2nd Assize Court sentenced Bakırhan, who is arrested for two years within the file, to 8 years and nine months of imprisonment due to ‘illegal organization membership’ as well as to 1 year, 3 months and fifteen days of imprisonment due to ‘illegal organization propaganda.’
