Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Aksoy stated, “The sensitivity of our nation is our sensitivity,” cancelling the concert of Sıla Gençoğlu organised inIzmir on July 16th. Sıla was previously targeted after calling the Yenikapı rally organized on August 7th following the coup attempt a “show,” her concerts being cancelled one after another.
