Bodrum 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace blocked access to news reports about disputes between former Central Bank Governor Hafize Gaye Erkan and the management and neighbors at the residential complex where her villa in Bodrum is located, as well as criminal complaints filed against Erkan and her father Erol Erkan. In its decision dated 22 September, the judgeship cited violation of privacy as the ground for the access block.
