Haluk Levent, who was held in police custody in the Ahbap Association investigation, exercised his right to remain silent after saying that some statements he wanted to make were not entered into the official record. Levent said his remarks about politicians and state institutions were connected to the investigation. His lawyers said the section in which Levent mentioned former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu was not included in the record and that his right to a defense was restricted.
