Two of the six people detained in the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office investigation into allegations of “bribery” and “extortion by a public official” during former Mayor Alaattin Köseler’s term were arrested. The court released four people under judicial control and issued arrest warrants for two suspects who could not be apprehended. The investigation alleged that competition and confidentiality principles were violated in municipal tenders.
