The Istanbul 9th Criminal Judgeship of Peace blocked access to reports published between 2020 and 2026 about Met-Gün İnşaat and company owner Metin Güneş on the grounds of “national security” and “the protection of public order.” The decision also covered a Diken report that was previously blocked on personality-rights grounds and that the Constitutional Court found to involve a rights violation. Reports about access-blocking orders concerning Metin Güneş were also blocked.
