The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into comedian Deniz Göktaş over certain remarks made in his social media posts and stand-up shows. Some X content shared from his stand-up show “Ölü Deniz” had previously been blocked on national security and public order grounds.
