The Bolu 3rd High Criminal Court has accepted the indictment prepared as part of the embezzlement investigation targeting the Bolu Municipality. The prosecution has sought a prison sentence ranging from 90 years and 3 months to 263 years and 6 months for Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan on charges of embezzlement, aggravated fraud, and bribery. The trial of the 19 defendants, six of whom are in custody, will begin on July 6.
