Journalist Alican Uludağ announced that, during a hearing held on the 26th day of his detention, a decision was made to extend his detention without hearing his defense. He stated that the decision was issued without him being given the opportunity to speak during the hearing, which he attended via SEGBIS. Uludağ said this situation violates his right to a fair trial. His lawyers also emphasized that the process should be evaluated within the scope of freedom of expression.
