The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation after footage taken during the trial of Aziz İhsan Aktaş was shared on social media. The prosecutor’s office instructed the Cybercrime Department to take action against those who shared the footage taken in the courtroom on charges of “recording audio or video.” It was reported that the presiding judge reacted to the filming during the hearing, but the ban on spectators was later lifted.
