Two of the five suspects detained in operations conducted in Izmir and Erzincan have been arrested. As part of the investigation into allegations of irregularities in the service procurement tender at Konak Municipality and the construction tender at İz-TARIM A.Ş., O.Ö. and M.O. were arrested, while K.B.K., D.K., and A.İ. were released on judicial control.
The court ruling stated that a receipt showing that suspect K.B.K. had transferred 209,933 lira to the Konak Municipality account was taken into consideration. It was learned that the prosecutor’s office objected to the request for the arrest of the three suspects who were released.
