The 17th hearing of the case on the enforced disappearance of 11 civilians in 1993 in Kulp district of Diyarbakır was held at Ankara 7th Assize Court.
Presenting his opinion in the hearing, the Prosecutor claimed for the charge “establishing an organization with the aim of committing felony” imposed on defendant Bolu Mountain Brigade Commander of the time Yavuz Ertürk to be abated due to time limitation and for his acquittal from the other charges. The court scheduled the next hearing to September 19.
