The interim decision was given in the lawsuit filed against the alleged construction of 144 villas in Büyükçekmece with fake reports and bribery. Bakırköy 13th High Criminal Court released arrested defendant Serkan Kayasel on judicial control conditions and ruled for the continuation of Burak Aldanmaz’s detention. Arrest warrants for the fugitive defendants continued. The hearing was adjourned to December 15. The indictment alleged that the villas in the project were unlicensed and earthquake-resistant, and that the defendants were involved in bribery and forgery crimes.
