The Constitutional Court (AYM) ruled on the applications of 11 journalists. The court found the arrests of the journalists “reasonable” and the restriction of access to the investigation files as a “violation of rights”. According to the decision, the journalists will be paid a total of 30 thousand TL in non-pecuniary damages. Journalists including Dicle Müftüoğlu, Sedat Yılmaz, Mehmet Şah Oruç and Öznur Değer were arrested on different dates and later released.
