6 citizens from Fatsa Ünye Nature Conservation Platform, who were convicted of “violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911” due to the marches and protests against the gold mine in Fatsa district of Ordu, were acquitted in the retrial at the Fatsa 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance after the violation decree issued by the Constitutional Court.
