With the decree No. 2021/4731 issued by Istanbul 4th Criminal Judicature of Peace on October 7, 2021, access bans were issued against the news on the allegations put forward by businessman Tuncay Çapraz’s wife Jale Çapraz, who is divorcing him, regarding Istanbul Security Director Zafer Aktaş, Muğla Security Director Süleyman Suvat Dilberoğlu and many police chiefs, based on a violation of personal rights.
