The Constitutional Court decided that the freedom of expression of Kardelen Hasret Kaygusuz, who was dismissed from the university dormitory due to the expressions stated in the leaflets she distributed at the university cafeteria after the bomb attack in front of the Ankara Train Station on October 10, 2015, was violated. The Constitutional Court issued 8,100 Turkish Liras of moral compensation to be paid to Kaygusuz and for retrial.
