A lawsuit was filed against journalist Hakkı Boltan, who was detained in the house raid against his home on September 30 within the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) investigation in Diyarbakır. Boltan is charged with “illegal organisation membership” based on his DTK delegation, two press statements he participated in as well as a social media post as “crime evidence.” The first hearing of the lawsuit will be held on February 24, 2021 at Diyarbakır 10th Assize Court.
