The local court didn’t recognise the Constitutional Court (AYM) issue for Enis Berberoğlu, whose Parliament membership was taken off, regarding a rights violation against him as well as the decree of re-prosecution. Istanbul 14th Assize Court issued a verdict of non-prosecution.
