Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office appealed the decree of acquittal issued by Tunceli 2nd Assize Court for director Kazım Öz for correction. In the lawsuit filed against director Öz due to “armed terrorist organization membership” with a claim of imprisonment for up to 15 years, the court had indicated that the evidence presented in the indictment are not convincing, issuing a decree of acquittal on September 1, 2020.
