The ruling party presented an omnibus bill to the Parliament in order to re-enact the condition of security investigation for public professions, which was previously brought by an Emergency Decree and was later revoked by the Constitutional Court. The 18-article omnibus bill, presented to the Parliament by the AKP, identifies institutions conducting the related security investigations as “Turkish National Intelligence Agency, security directorates and district local administration commands.”
