Writer Gülşen İşeri was detained with an anonymous complaint made at the Prime Ministry’s Communication Center (BIMER) in 2017 and released. The writer was charged due to her books, ‘Metropol Exiles’ published in 2010 and ‘Urban Transformation In The Shadow of Fire and Exile’ published in 2014.
