The compensation claim of Aydın Aydoğan, who was beaten during the police intervention against the 700th week demonstration of the Saturday Mothers, was denied. Despite proving photo and video evidence of the police violence, Istanbul 5th Administrative Court claimed that it could not be identified whether Aydoğan was indeed injured during the intervention or not. Aydoğan’s arm had been broken during the intervention.
