N.A., 17, and Ayşe Avcı, 20, who live in the Kağızman district of Kars, were detained for braiding their hair and sharing it on social media in response to the attacks in Rojava. The two individuals, who were detained following a raid on their homes by police teams, were referred to the prosecutor’s office after undergoing procedures at the police station. The Criminal Court of Peace decided to impose judicial control conditions on both individuals.
