Celal Özer and Furkan Eken, who were detained during house raids in the Bismil district of Diyarbakır, were transferred to the courthouse after undergoing procedures at the police station. The Criminal Court of Peace issued an arrest warrant for the two individuals on charges of “violating Law No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations” and “resisting the police.” Özer and Eken, who were reportedly beaten during their detention, were sent to prison.
