The second hearing of the lawsuit filed against businessman Osman Kavala with allegations of “attempting to overthrow the Constitutional order” and “espionage” was held at Istanbul 36th Assize Court. The court decided for the case file to be merged with the retried file of the main Gezi Park Case. On the other hand, the court denied the release claim for Kavala, who has been arrested for 1193 days.
