The trial regarding the arrest of journalist Buse Söğütlü during the 2023 Feminist Night March was held at the Istanbul 10th Criminal Court of First Instance. Söğütlü stated that she was harassed and beaten by police officers during her arrest. Defendant Dilara Aksoy also stated that the police threatened her with death. During the hearing, plainclothes police officers were seen entering the courtroom armed. The court decided to forcibly bring the police officers who were plaintiffs in the case and postponed the hearing until April 15.
