Three people were arrested in an investigation into Bolu Municipality on charges of “bid rigging” and “embezzlement.” The court ordered the arrest of Deputy Mayor Rasim Özdemir, Parks and Gardens Director Neşe Esen and Tural Ateş, who worked in the same directorate, after they were detained on 26 October. Parks and Gardens Directorate employee S.B. was released under judicial control.
