E.Y.T., who was determined to have entered the courtroom using a fake press pass and filmed and shared footage during the hearing of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality case on March 25, 2026, was arrested and subsequently detained. The prosecution referred the suspect to court on charges of “forgery of official documents” and “violation of privacy.”
