The Istanbul Governor’s Office has launched an investigation into a book list allegedly compiled at an Imam Hatip middle school in Pendik. The Governor’s Office stated that the books on the list, which was shared on social media, do not appear on official lists. The school principal, who claimed his signature had been forged, has been suspended.
