Susma Platform launched the report, “Censorship and Self-Censorship in Turkey: January 2019 – November 2019.” The report involves censorship applications in arts and media with 300 cases. According to the report, the violations are often realised with judicial methods. Investigations, lawsuits, detainments and arrests are indicators that the government is fighting against freedom of expression in the bluntest ways.
