Rapper Sercan İpekçioğlu, known with his alias Ezhel, was previously acquitted in the lawsuit that he was arrested in remand due to encouraging drug use in their song lyrics. İpekçioğlu was acquitted in the second lawsuit filed against him due to the same charge. The indictment of the lawsuit, filed at Istanbul Anatolian 59th Criminal Court of First Instance, the artist was claimed to have encouraged drug use in the lyrics of his songs, “Şehrimin Tadı”, “Küvet” and “Alo” with an imprisonment claim for up to ten years.
