A release verdict was issued for Selahattin Demirtaş in a file he was convicted in; whereas he can’t be released due to being arrested within another file. Despite the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) verdict for him and the release verdict issued in the main case file he was on trial within, the freedom of Demirtaş is being kept from him.
