Urfa Governorate announced that all protests and demonstrations were banned in the province for 30 days. It was announced that the ban, which already is against the Constitution, will not include “events approved by the local administration.” Therefore, the local administration will decide who will be able to use a Constitutional right, which every citizen possesses under the protection of the Turkish Constitution.
