A prosecutor sought the conviction of Aram Publishing owner Hakkı Boltan and employee Delil Zengeralp for “aiding an organization” after two books were seized at the Diyarbakır TÜYAP Book Fair. The case was initially opened on a charge of “propaganda for an organization.” The Diyarbakır 4th High Criminal Court granted time to prepare the defense and adjourned the hearing until December 1, 2026.
