In the case over the wounding of lawyer Hakim Marol in Diyarbakır, the prosecutor presented the final opinion on June 17. The prosecutor sought acquittal for one police officer and punishment for the other police officer on the charge of intentional injury causing a bone fracture. The court gave the parties the right to submit additional defenses and postponed the hearing.
