Prof. Dr. Füsun Üstel, who served in prison for two and a half months due to signing the Peace Petition, was acquitted of the charge of “making illegal organisation propaganda.” The court decided for the verdict to be reversed together with its entire consequences. The number of academics receiving acquittal decrees following the violation verdict issued by the Constitutional Court reached 437.
