Future Party Deputy Chairman Selçuk Özdağ and Yeniçağ Daily Ankara Representative Orhan Uğuroğlu were attacked in front of their homes on the same day. Özdağ was recently targeted by Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman Semih Yalçın. Yeniçağ Daily writers and representatives have also been targeted by MHP members in the past as well.
