165 Kurdish politicians and civil society activists were detained in police raids in 28 provinces. Among those detained are Justice Watch activists Kumri Akgül and Gülsüm Öztürk, Peace Mothers Fatma Yılmaz and Bedia Gökguz, Women’s Time Association President Dilek Başalan, DEM Party Women’s Assembly member Beser Çelik.
